Our experience and technical expertise ensure that all our customers can obtain industry-leading support and advice in the process of continuous service and support from order placement to installation and commissioning. We provide a simple, step-by-step but comprehensive process, which is flexible enough to be customized according to the specific needs of customers.

Step 1: Evaluate customers

We provide customers with suggestions on how to apply the plasma system to their processes, as well as the types of plasma equipment suitable for their needs.

Step 2: Raw material analysis

In order to technically evaluate the applicability of plasma treatment raw materials, we provide support in reviewing chemical analysis (provided by the customer) before advancing the plasma project to the next stage

Step 3: Feasibility study

We can provide a complete set of research reports, including chemical analysis of raw materials and products, leachate test and various microstructure and material properties test. We can also use the software package to carry out thermodynamic modeling of customers' raw materials. Detailed 3D CAD drawings can also be provided when viewing the existing process and equipment installation in the new plant.

Financial modeling

Step 4: Environmental compliance

We understand the importance of complying with regulations during operation and support their understanding of the impact of plasma technology and its surrounding environment.

Step 5: Field visit

During the field visit to the proposed facility, we will check the applicability and infrastructure to ensure that the site is ready for the installation phase.

Step 6: Installation

We have a highly skilled on-site service team, which can supervise the installation of plasma equipment by the customer's installation team to ensure that the installation process is managed as skillfully as possible.

Step 7: Commissioning and training

During the commissioning phase, we ensure that each operating component of the plant is inspected and tested, and that its customers have received the correct training to provide them with the expertise required to operate the new plasma facility.

Step 8: Continuous service and support

We provide customers with comprehensive and continuous remote support, whether ordering spare parts or equipment maintenance support, to solve any needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also understand changes in factory demand to ensure continued customer value.
